OMG Kylie Rules, Again

None of you bitches ever listen to me! But I'm always right.

Kylie Minogue is like the Dark Phoenix of pop...all-powerful, irresistable and back, stronger than ever!

Did she ever not rule?

Posted by: Scott at January 8, 2007 5:41 PM

Good point Scott.

I went to see her at the Wembley Arena in London last Tuesday. She was back, better than ever, and she had the most amazing dancers... Although I love Kylie, I am a little sad that she toppled Kate Moss.

I loved that song from 20 years ago,I Should Be So Lucky. Has she done anything since?

Posted by: Joe.My.God. at January 8, 2007 6:18 PM

Right on!!

Posted by: Ivan at January 8, 2007 6:48 PM

And suddenly, you've out-gayed me.

Posted by: sam at January 8, 2007 7:53 PM

but what if kylie's real name is jennifer?

Posted by: bryce at January 8, 2007 10:36 PM

Please, please, please try to ed-ja-ma-cate Mr. Joe.My.God. He needs to bow down to the high priestess of pop. If nothing else, I think "Your Disco Needs You" would strike a chord with him. ;-)
Though, "On A Night Like This" is my personal fave. http://allabouttrey.blogspot.com/2006/10/i-love-kylie.html

Jimbo, is the new ackground image Charlene's high heel race outfit for next year? If so, we got some work to do -- or need to stock up on fleshtone duct tape!

Wasn't Kylie in "Moulin Rouge" as The Green Fairy Absinthe?

Posted by: Zack at January 9, 2007 10:38 AM

How come we never see Jimbo and Kylie in the same room? Makes you wonder, doesn't it???

Posted by: homer at January 9, 2007 10:39 AM

you DID see her on "Kath & Kim" on the Sundance Channel last week as Kim's baby Epponnee Rae all grown up, didn't you?

Posted by: johnny at January 9, 2007 12:19 PM

Who'd a thunk that the "Loco-Motion" girl would have stayed on top all this time? Considering her peers (ie, young female singers in 1987) were Debbie Gibson, Samantha Fox and Tiffany. Oh, and Jody Watley.

I agree with you Jimbo ... Kylie is awesome ... :-) Did ya know that Paula Abdul co-wrote "Spinning Around"?

Posted by: VJ Tre at January 9, 2007 2:24 PM

I didn't know that, Tre! And did YOU know that 80's redhead pop diva Cathy Dennis wrote many songs for Kylie?

Posted by: jimbo at January 9, 2007 2:38 PM

Total respect for American men who know and love/worship Kylie and her campness. She is the ultimate Showgirl.

You guys rock my world!

Jimbo, after this, I think you need to post a photo of the altar to Kylie you keep in your home. Oh, don't try to pretend you don't have one. I'm sure it's filled with candles, incense, lamé, photos of Kylie, and a Kylie doll.

You *did* know there was a Kylie doll, didn't you?

Is it wrong that I've got a Kylie Minogue calendar above my bed?
