superstud sci-fi friday

This big 'ol geek is quaking in his boots for Superstud Sci-Fi Friday, January 6:

Ben Browder of Farscape and Stargate SG-1 Joe Flanigan of Stargate: Atlantis Jamie Bamber of Battlestar Galactica

Will the Ori plague wipe out humanity? For how long will Daniel Jackson be allowed to go unshaven? Will Sheppard ever escape the Wraith hive or will he be forced to go unshaven for weeks on end? For how long will Helo be bound in handcuffs? Will Apollo ever put his shirt back on? All these questions and more buzz in my head like a nest of Wraith cruisers....

And then in the theatres there's the sequel to Underworld (Evolution) featuring fabu Kate Beckinsdale and hot-tay Scott Speedman, which promises to be cheesy but I don't care. Werewolf/vampire hybrids are cool. And then some half-vampire action with BloodRayne, based on a video game I've never played. And I still haven't even seen Harry Potter yet.

Let's make 2006 the year we ban Apollo from ever wearing a shirt.

I have been waiting for this friday for a long time! although I admit I have not really been watching SG1 anymore and have been watching Atlantis instead. I am so ready for Adama to bitchslap admiral Cane.

helo is the hawtness. i think i'm probably in the minority here when i say that i'd pick him over apollo any day, but i for sure wouldn't turn down either (at the same time, or separately, naturally).

Jamie St.John Bamber Griffith is actually the son of an American father(Ralph) and a Northern Irish mother(Liz). One of seven siblings, early years lived in Paris, attended St. Pauls school in London after that. He graduated from Cambridge University with first class honors (I love it when actors actually graduate from university!). Played rugby at Cambridge as well. :)

I'm still getting over Crashdown. But Apollo works too. I think Cane is a Cylon.

Give me Ben Browder from Farscape anyday - those tight black pants -

Just wanted to say hello Jimbo - came across your blog when I was searching for graphics of my friend Scott Bolton. I see that you are a fan. Very Cool. I can tell you he is as wonderful inside as he is outside. Just saw him on NYE and had a few dances - He is performing in Vancouver Jan 19th. Check out our web presence for details

Cheers from YVR

Jimbo,

He's not included above so this isn't totally relevant, but I think by virtue of his performance in "Dukes of Hazzard" alone, Seann William Scott should be beaten viciously about the head with Jessica Simpson's severed leg. Ugh. What a crap movie.

Funny, I just posted something remarkably similar to this. :-)
