bye buffy
The Slayers kicked ass tonight...and now there's a gazillion of 'em! Pretty gory episode, and I wasn't amused to see my favorite former Vengance Demon Anya get sliced down the middle. I loved the scene where they were playing a game of D&D before the big fight at the end, of course. Spike had a good ending, and I want to see SO MUCH MORE of Faith! What's all this about some spinoff? Do tell.
As you can see, I shaved the beard down to the fu for a bit.

Yes as always Buffy Kicked major ass, my favourite scene was when Willow released the power and all the potentials around the world the got the power of the Slayer. I was not happy with Anya getting sliced. Spike sacrificing himself for Buffy was touching, Buffy telling Spike that she loves him. That was sweet. Was it me or did the battle scene looked like something out of Lord of the Rings?
Joss Whedon has gone on record that he does want to do a spin off, about the Rebuilding of the Watchers and the search of the other Slayers. But he wants to wait a bit and not run the Buffy franchise into the ground like a certain pair of guys at Paramount did with a certain show.

I cried like a little school girl during most of the episode. Very unhappy that Anya died. Wahhh. Good stuff.

Are your walls really that shade of purple?

A very good episode although it was distracting with all the people at Brian's house. I was sorry to see Anya die, but Spike fulfilled the prophecy from Angel and will be on that show next season. Should be interesting as Spike got the reward promised to Angel. I also laughed out loud at the D&D scene. A good ending to a fine series. Eliza has a new show on Fox which sounds interesting, but we shall see.

I didn't paint my room that way...it was formerly my roomate's, but it IS that shade of purple. Being a former Prince fan, I really don't mind.

My favorite moment was when Dawn kicked Buffy in the shin. For some reason, I was in hysterics when Buffy said "If you die, I'm telling."
Was pretty funny to watch Sunnyvale collapse into a pit, too. How did the Sunnydale suddenly get moved from the Valley to Pearblossom Highway? :P

Yeah, Buffy was important, but let's talk about the real issue here: how hot Jimbo looks with the new fu! Woof! Can I get an Amen from the congregation?

oh now you all just stop.
Posted by: jimbo at May 22, 2003 11:28 AM
AMEN!!
Of course, who am I to disagree? One good fu deserves another. Right son?
