Today's snowfall has bumped the snowfalls of 2009/2010 to the top of the record chart for all-time winter snowfalls in DC.

I am counting by number of snowfalls, regardless of the amount. TJ and others may be counting by significance. To me, if it causes panic (and every snowfall here does) it counts as a Snopocalypse.
