OMG BSG starts up again this Friday
The final season of Battlestar Galactica starts this week on Friday. I'm looking forward to it, and I have my guesses as to who the final Cylon is, but I'm not telling. There are BSG stage props available for sale on E-Bay.

There is apparently a bamboo shortage at the National Zoo. You can help by notifying zoo officials of any bamboo groves you want to get cut down on your property. Otherwise the bloodthirsty pandas will attack, kill and eat you.

Check out the Obama-themed Blowoff poster for this weekend's event. The 'O' around the guy's bellybutton was a nice touch. The artist - Linas Garsys - says the letter "makes it all 'hopey'."

I'm looking forward to BSG starting up again too. And speaking of BOXY, I also have my guess as to who the final Cylon is. ;-)
OK, I know the poster is five years old, and I know it's considered "cheesy" by some, but it would be nice to see the various Stargate-world ships included. Maybe version 2.0......
If I lived closer I'd give them all my bamboo.... stuff grows like a weed.
